Our Mission
The
International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA) empowers youth and aspiring officials through education, mentorship, and the global game of 3x3 basketball.
From the streets to the world stage, we provide opportunities for young athletes and referees to develop skill, confidence, and leadership both on and off the court.
Through our training programs, tournaments, and community partnerships, IBOA builds stronger communities by transforming passion for the game into discipline, teamwork, and lifelong growth.
